On journey over the motorway A1 you take the departure Koeln-Niehl/Merkenich,
in order to arrive at the industrial feeder directing to Niehl. Briefly on it
you take the departure Merkenich and arrive at the Emdener Strasse. Now turn
off left on the Causemannstrasse. Behind the tram transition you drive off
again left and follow the road course of the Ringstrasse. At the next
crossing you drive finally left on the Bellerkreuzweg and thus directly onto
the building of the Fovea too.

To Merkenich you arrive also with the metropolitan railway number 12 toward
Cologne-North. The running time from the main station to the stop Merkenich-Mitte
amounts to approximately 25 minutes. The building of the Fovea can
be attained from there by a short footpath as follows: go over the
Daverkusenstrasse up to the Ringstrasse and follow the road course.
At the next crossing you go left on the Bellerkreuzweg and thus directly
toward the building of the Fovea.
